An introduction on how to approach structured training for rock climbing in a simple, time-efficient and uncomplicated way.
We’ll explore how to use training for increasing performance across trad, sport and bouldering, plus how training can increase physical resilience and reduce injury risk at all stages of adult life. Topics will include developing strength, endurance and flexibility on and off the wall in ways that are suitable for all fitness and ability levels.
