I have an injury issue, can I still get some coaching?

Technique and skill coaching is no problem, we can work around niggles, tweaks and minor injuries as you don't need to do any strenuous climbing to learn and benefit. Physical assessments are inherently tough, so you do need to be uninjured for them to be productive.

How do I book and pay?

To book or for further information simply get in touch with me by email, phone, text, Instagram or go crazy and write me a letter. I accept payment by bank transfer, card, Apple-, Google-, and Samsung-pay, cheque, and cash.

I'm not very 'climbing fit' at the moment - is it a problem?

Not at all. My coaching days are mentally taxing but not physically too tough, as we can do everything on large holds and gentle angles if required, without it affecting the learning.

Gift vouchers?

Yes. All coaching and guiding is available as personalised, printable gift vouchers for the climber in your life.

How hard do I need to climb to benefit from coaching?

Theres' no minimum ability - I coach all abilities from first lead to first 8a. There's always lots to learn and the earlier that you seek coaching, the easier it is to modify and improve on existing habits before they're ingrained.
