About Me

My love of the climbing Britain has to offer has seen me gain extensive
experience; from the North West Highlands to the Cornish sea cliffs, from
solo winter expeditions to first ascents of both rock and ice climbs. If there’s
a summit, climb or boulder problem that fills you with inspiration you can
bet I’ll match your enthusiasm and do everything I can to make it happen
for you.

Based in the Lake District, I work throughout the UK including instructing
for Plas Y Brenin (the National Mountain Centre) and as a Technical Advisor
for city council outdoor providers.

I have full public liability insurance, hold the highest UK-specific
mountaineering qualification – the M.I.C, and I’m a full member of the
Association of Mountaineering Instructors.
